This will be my third running of the Highland Fling and I started this competition in my first year

as a bit of fun and is now part of the routine!

So all you have to do is guess what time you think I will finish this 53mile race from Milngavie to Tyndrum.

You need to guess a time in hours/minutes/seconds.

To give you an idea of my times. In 2007 I finished in 10hrs 36secs10secs and last year

in 2008 I improved to 9hrs 44mins 10secs.

This year my gold medal aim is under 9hrs 30mins but is that realistic/possible/achievable???
