The Highland Race is the 1st race in my 2009 Challenge

I have ran this race for the last two years, 2007 and 2008.  In 2007 I finished in 15th place (out of 72 starters) in 10hrs 36mins 10secs. In 2008 I finished 14th (out of 119 starters) in a time of 9hrs 44mins 41secs.

The Highland Fling Race

This race started in 2006 as an organised training run for those who were training for the whw race. Over the three years it is has been going it has grown into a great race in its own right.  The numbers taking part have grown very quickly.  For the 2009 race there are already over 120 entered.  Plus there are relay teams and a club competition (minimum of 3 runners).
